Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, and networking events of the company
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and venue representatives to deliver high-quality event experiences.
• Evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Create and manage company relations materials, including press releases, newsletters, and other communication assets.
• In charge of technical and video coverage on group events of CSR and BET88
• Expertise in post editing applications for TVC and online formats 
• Developing engaging event content and creative assets to promote and market the events
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing and Event Management
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic photo/video/copy editing applications
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, memorable events
