Key Responsibilities:

• Study, acquire, set up, and deploy IT resources aligning with company needs, including updates and changes.
• Conduct preventive measures to avoid failures and corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications setup.
• Oversee and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, servers, and address hardware/software faults.
• Collaborate with staff to implement systems, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage cloud platforms (O365, Azure, AWS), virtualization tools (Hyper-V, VMware), hyper-converged solutions (Nutanix), and backups (Veritas, Veeam).
• Ensure Microsoft Active Directory integration, file access management, DR/BCP procedures, and infrastructure documentation.
• Provide incident troubleshooting, security updates, reporting, and firmware upgrades within service agreements.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent computer-related courses.
• Strong knowledge and skills in server system design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation; proficiency in Microsoft Servers (Linux knowledge is a plus).
• Self-motivated, responsible, and diligent in documentation, reporting, and task tracking.
• Able to work independently, solve issues under pressure, and handle tasks efficiently.
• Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; team-oriented and customer-friendly attitude.
