About the Role

As an Intelligent Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance internal and external user experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and maintain high-quality automation solutions using UiPath & Automation Anywhere (AA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of business projects, focusing on automation and process improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop, test, integrate, and implement RPA solutions.
• Adhere to SDLC processes and IT Change Management policies.
• Develop process flow diagrams, solution design documents, and reusable components.
• Manage the codebase, implement bug fixes, and optimize performance.
• Build bots using a modularized design approach while ensuring best practices.
• Work with web services, data extraction, transformation, and integration.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and lead end-to-end testing (UI, API, & automated testing using UiPath Test Automation Suite).
• Integrate with Salesforce APIs, REST & SOAP APIs, and handle custom API creation.
• Develop custom automation solutions using C#, .NET, and Python.
• Leverage AI/ML, OCR Document Understanding Frameworks, and reporting tools for bot performance assessment.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Intelligent Automation.
• Foster strong working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, AA), IDP tools, SQL, API, and CI/CD pipelines.

✅ Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, .NET, C#, and PowerShell.

✅ Integration & Testing: Strong experience with APIs, automation testing, and software development frameworks.

✅ Certifications: UiPath Advanced Professional Certification (desirable).

✅ Other Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Education: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.

✅ Experience: Previous experience in RPA project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and enhancements.
