About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with experience in the insurance industry to design, develop, and optimize our data architecture. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Majesco, data structures, data schema, data dictionary, and building a data lake. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, scalability, and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data architectures to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain data structures, schemas, and dictionaries to ensure data consistency and efficiency.
• Lead the design and implementation of a Data Lake, integrating various data sources for seamless access and analysis.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including data engineers and business analysts, to align data solutions with business objectives.
• Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide guidance on Majesco data models and their integration into the organization's data ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong experience with Majesco and its data structures.
• Expertise in data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with building and managing Data Lakes.
• Proficiency in SQL, cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and big data technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern data engineering tools (Databricks, Apache Spark, etc.).
• Previous experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or related domains.
