Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist at Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. The International Property Specialist will promote and market various real estate products to a global audience. The role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, understanding commercial and residential real estate markets, and driving sales. While the role is based in Makati, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets
• Sales expertise
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
• Experience in international sales or real estate is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Motivated to earn more
