Job Overview

The SAP ABAP will be hired by our partner company in Quezon City/Cebu City. He/She will take part in multiple phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and support. He/She will develop software that empowers clients' hybrid-cloud and AI transformations.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end to end feature development and address challenges encountered during implementation.
• Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to understand product and feature issues and resolve them according to defined SLAs. 
• Learn new technologies and apply them in feature development.

Minimum Qualifications

• A graduate of any Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Has at least 1 year of experience in SAP ABAP
• Has solid experience in ABAP development, including the following:
  • Data Dictionary, 
  • Reports
  • Forms
  • BDC Programming, 
  • Conversion Tools and Methods
  • Module Pool Programming
• Possesses JLPT N1-N3 Nihongo proficiency (preferred)
• Proficient in English-Japanese translation
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Takes initiative with minimal supervision
• Possesses solid work ethic

Compensation and Benefits

• Php100,000-180,000 per month (depending on skills, experience, and inclusive of language premium)
• All government-mandated benefits and HMO
• 13th-month pay and paid overtime

Location/Schedule

• Quezon City (Eastwood/UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu City 
• Client-based schedule (day shift, mid-shift, night-shift)
• Hybrid work arrangement
