Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing Banner & Campaign Visual Design
  • Responsible for designing marketing campaign banners across multiple channels, including websites, apps, e-commerce platforms, social media, H5 pages, etc., ensuring visual consistency and high exposure.
  • Provide high-quality and high-conversion visual design solutions tailored to different operational scenarios, such as promotional sales, seasonal campaigns, and themed events.
  • Gain deep insight into marketing rhythms, effectively incorporating promotional activities, trending topics, and festive atmospheres into visual designs to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Possess strong information hierarchy design skills, ensuring effective communication of key messages using color schemes, composition, typography, and other techniques to enhance banner visibility and readability.
  • Focus on motion design, utilizing Lottie, GIFs, and other interactive elements to strengthen visual impact and boost user retention and engagement.
  • Brand Visual System Development & Optimization
  • Responsible for defining and implementing brand visual style guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across different communication channels.
  • Support brand marketing initiatives, collaborating with advertising, social media, and e-commerce teams to develop visually appealing assets aligned with brand identity.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate innovative techniques such as 3D and AI-generated design to enhance brand visuals and competitiveness.
  • Leverage user data insights to optimize designs based on analytical feedback, improving user experience and achieving business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in brand visual design, marketing design, or related fields. Candidates with experience in internet, e-commerce, or mobile product branding are preferred.
  • Professional Skills
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid graphic design skills with expertise in color theory, typography, layout design, and information hierarchy structuring.
  • Familiarity with motion design tools (such as Lottie, AE, C4D) to enhance the interactivity and appeal of marketing visuals.
  • Creativity & Innovation
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to integrate trending design aesthetics and user needs into marketing and branding designs.
  • Skilled at emotional engagement through design, leveraging storytelling, thematic visuals, and emotional resonance to enhance user appeal.
  • Data & Strategy-Driven Mindset
  • Strong data-driven approach, capable of optimizing visual solutions based on user behavior insights to improve banner click-through and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to refine visual experiments and optimize final design outcomes.
  • Communication & Collaboration Skills
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills to accurately understand requirements and efficiently execute design projects.
