Description:

The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and timely delivery of our products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and refine product backlog.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Product Head

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Fintech/Apps, with background in Banking App, Wallet, and Payments.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and work well under tight timeline.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and refinement in agile product development.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to details, problem-solver, and result oriented
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with product management tools.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience with product management tools.
• Open to fresh grad with internship experience in Banking App, e-Wallet, and Payments
