Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Specialist at Nephila Web. The specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, strategic planning and growth initiative, and customer service.

Key Roles

• Help the Product Development Team in productizing the products and services of the company
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders to achieve mutual goals and business objectives. This role involves coordinating activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for business growth.
• Generate proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company’s goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify areas of opportunity.
