職位描述
- Responsible for overall team performance, day-day operations and client relationship
- Review and analysis of dashboard reports
- Actively involved in internal and external business reviews; ensure all compliance parameters are met
- Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, high quality, creativity, and teamwork
- Provide direction to staff, ensure resolution of problems
- Actively provide inputs and assistance to senior management in planning, implementation, and evaluation/changes to existing operations, systems, and processes
- Manage attrition and build retention strategies
- Provide regular performance feedback and formal and informal coaching sessions
- Accountable for daily/weekly performance updates to key stakeholders
- Work with operations teams, finance, and other departments as needed on invoicing tasks
職位要求
- At least 5 yrs. of leadership experience
- Monthly scorecard of not less than 3 (Internal Comms)
- Experience managing large teams in a complex, high-stress target driven process and client-facing environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally
