The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Billing/Inventory Specialist will work full-time for a growing business based in the United States. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills while utilizing the knowledge you've already gained. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your daily tasks.

This role requires flexibility as the daily tasks will vary, and the ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a strong desire to continuously learn new skills.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Billing Management: Prepare, send, process, and track billing payments.
  • Invoice Processing: Respond to billing inquiries, process client invoices, and prepare billing reports.
  • Customer Portal Management: Complete and process all invoices to be uploaded into customer web portals or shared online services for payment.
  • Collaborate with Collection Team: Communicate with the collection team to track the status of invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Manage Payment Requests: Ensure that requests for payment of pending debts are made in a firm but considerate manner.
  • Client Correspondence: Resolve issues and answer questions from clients regarding billing and payments.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory-related paperwork and tracking.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry in the Sage system to track billing and inventory.
  • Discrepancy Monitoring: Monitor payments and accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a billing coordinator, bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Sage Intact is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 37,500
  • Industry: Promotions
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
  • Written and Spoken English Skills: Very Proficient
