• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in TB treatment and programmatic management, serving as a global expert in the field, with a focus on MDR-TB treatment.
• Develop and update programmatic management and clinical support materials, including capacity-building resources, ensuring high-quality training experiences.
• Oversee and manage external consultants, if applicable, to support the delivery of programmatic and clinical training.
• Lead country-specific programmatic and clinical support efforts, including in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Mentor and guide beneficiary countries in developing individualized approaches for implementing new treatments, including contributions to national guidelines and treatment handbooks.
• Conduct training visits and follow-ups in priority countries, as per agreed budgets.
  
  
  

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infectious diseases, with a strong focus on tuberculosis.
• Proven experience providing technical assistance to National TB Programs.
• Experience conducting country assessments in the Philippines and internationally.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across different stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
