Job Summary:

Supports the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies, focusing on partner acquisition, community engagement, and driving Micro HMO's financial goals and brand relevance.


Partner Experience (Sales):

1. Ensures efficient product and service delivery by following SLAs, identifying process bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements.

2. Maintains open communication with stakeholders, promotes collaboration, and actively contributes to problem-solving to enhance partner experiences.


Process Management:

Delivers the following processes and activities consistently according to agreed-upon quality standards and turnaround time:

a. Execution of marketing and brand-building strategies and campaigns.

b. Execution of sales strategies for new and existing sales partners.

c. Development of new partnerships, which includes the following:

Sourcing for potential sales partners.

Assessing risk for potential sales partners.

Negotiating and finalizing contractual agreements.

Onboarding new partners.


Job Qualifications:

  • College degree preferably in Business
  • 4-5 years experience in HMO sales
  • Successful track record in sales and marketing, preferably gained in the HMO industry and/or in the rural market.
  • Sales and marketing experience in B2B and B2D sales channel models.
  • Experience in community management of third-party agents.
