Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Muntinglupa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, leading and mentoring a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
