Employee life cycle:
- Ensure Onboarding, new joiner connects & overall engagement framework is implemented consistently across the span
- Ensure Employee listening platforms are leveraged to enhance employee experiences. Monitor the communication, result analysis & action planning as well as implementation of the same.
- Coach and guide TC/leadership on any critical employee issue or pulse from ground- sensitive ER cases, PEP, Disciplinary issues.
- Ensure compliance to LEAD cyclic activities, year end & annual increase cycle is concluded objectively-within timeframe, with accuracy and as per Org guidelines
- Foster culture of recognition & inclusivity by adoption of Org programs, driving its importance & sharing progress with SSL leadership.
Coaching & guidance
- Guide your counselees as well Business on any Talent matters
- As a counsellor conduct career conversations and drive better career experiences
Data & analytics
- Analyse data trends to provide fit business solutions to SSL leadership (data based decision making)
- Apply Functional excellence while consulting Business on Talent issues
Mitigate Risk for the Firm
- Adherence to all policies & procedures for the span
- Ensure all employee issues are addressed proactively as per set process and policy in consultation with ER
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing & implementation of suitable and scalable engagement framework for the span
- Anticipate needs & issues in the span and address the same effectively
- Act as a coach to managers & counsellors to manage diverse people matters
- Provide insight on people issues, specifically ER issues and provide a robust point of view on business decisions and their impact on people
- Ensure all people management and talent development activities are completed in a timely as well quality manner
- Execute innovative HR programs & initiatives
- Ensure compliance to local regulations and manage risks
- Effectively lead & execute Central as well as SL level projects & initiatives
- Partner with Talent CoEs on various Talent matters around policies, processes & operational matters
Skills & attributes for success
- Strong business acumen with ability to develop clear actionable plans supporting the business strategy and priorities
- Strong client focus with ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and manage any escalation
- Sound employee relations experience to lead and effectively close matters related to disciplinary, performance issues, grievance management
