About the role



As the HR and Admin Manager at IPM Construction & Development Corp., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department. This fulltime position will see you taking on a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing human resources functions to managing administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Administer and coordinate all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Oversees the company's payroll, managers benefits, and leave administration
  • Coordinate office management tasks, such as overseeing facilities, managing vendors, and ensuring the office runs efficiently
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and HR processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in using HR and office management software, such as payroll and document management systems
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or other related field
