Main Tasks:

  • Facilitates the recruitment, placement and hiring in the Academy;
  • Prepares and updates employee profile (201 files/electronic) and other pertinentdocuments related to employment such as contracts and certificates ofemployment;
  • Facilitates learning and development programs for PTA employees;4. Assists in the design and implementation of employee engagement and wellnessprograms;
  • Other tasks that may be required by the HRMD from time to time.


B. Supporting Tasks:

  • Ensures confidentiality of records and information in accordance with acceptedprofessional ethics;
  • Maintains an efficient filing system that is updated, organized and systematic foreasy retrieval;
  • Coordinates with concerned divisions/employees as necessary for theaccomplishment of tasks;
  • Prepares reports related to the functions of the division.


Qualifications:

  • Education: With Bachelor’s degree preferably major in Psychology or Human Resource Management/Development
  • Work Experience: With at least 2 years of HR experience, specializing in Recruitment and/or Training
  • Training: With at least 16 hours of relevant training


Salary Rate: Salary Grade 13 + 20% Premium

Employment Type: Contract of Service (renewable every 6 months)

Work Arrangement: Onsite (1 day WFH)
