We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for final pay processing and validation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and confident handling of sensitive information.

Summary of Responsibilities: 

• Final pay processing and validation
• Timekeeping validation
• Validation of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Annual Final Tax
• Validation of maternity and sickness benefits
• Updating Payroll Spreadsheets and trackers
• Acquiring all necessary approvals to process final pay.
• Other admin tasks given by the reporting line manager.

Required Qualifications:

• With at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll
• Has experience supporting a span of 500 employees and above
• To process end-to-end payroll (final output: Final pay 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills
• Multitasking abilities
