Roles and Responsibilities



• Project Management: Lead and manage CRM-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• CRM Expertise: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to optimize processes, enhance functionality, and improve customer engagement strategies.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (EZBO/ROG) to ensure alignment and proper execution of CRM initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or risks and work proactively to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and objectives
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze CRM data and metrics to ensure that the project outcomes align with business objectives, using insights to guide decision-making.
• Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on CRM systems to ensure adoption and effective usage.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with CRM trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for improvements or new tools to enhance CRM strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM integration across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools integrated with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
