Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients, preparing sales reports, and implementing strategies to increase our revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard potential clients, understand their logistics needs, and offer tailored logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferrably in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management in any industry (logistics industry is a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and freight management softwares
• Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
