وصف الوظيفة

We are looking for Account Executives/Sales Executives to join our growing Sales team. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
• Serves customers by selling products (upselling and cross-selling) and meeting customer needs.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and corresponding sales plan
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum two years in sales
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passionate and intrinsically motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prospecting skills

Desired/preferred domains of knowledge:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fundamental understanding of current enterprise technologies and concepts, like digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Understanding of ITSM
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (SaaS)
• Proven negotiation skills
