Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assists and works cohesively with the Office Manager in:


   * achieving smooth day- today operations

   * ensuring specific work objectives per department are met in a timely & efficient manner

   * approves or disapproves transactions, as required

   * unclogging bottlenecks; applying sound judgement in resolving difficult situations or problems

   * addressing audit finding reports

   * pro-actively seeking better ways to prevent problems before they happen

   * recommending improvements on company policies & procedures

   * evaluating personnel job performance; being one of the recommending parties for their promotion, demotion, or termination

   * participating in HR-related activities such as counselling, orientation, grievance handling meeting, and ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures, planning of events, etc.

   * actively communicating with top Management and give useful feedbacks

   * participating in strategic planning with top Management where daily operations are concerned

   * directly overseeing these departments/activities:

o Logistics

o Inter-branch transactions

o Sales Group

o Accounts Receivable

o Cash & Bank Management

o Accounting

o Maintenance

o Other miscellaneous activities


   * providing general support to visitors, vendors, and customers

   * liaising with outsourced third parties as source of services &/or goods

   * providing &/or maintaining positive, healthy overall corporate culture

* Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or similar.

   * 2-year working experience related to tasks mentioned above is a must.

   * Able to multi-task, good attention to details.

   * Good leadership skills, optimistic, positive attitude.

   * Can navigate through complex analysis, and can exercise good judgment, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, professionalism, execute thorough reporting skills

   * With above-average written and verbal communication skills.

   * Must be proficient in using MS Office Application (Word, and Excel).

   * Knowledge in SAP software is an advantage.

   * Must be results-oriented and can work within deadlines.
