Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a MARKETING MANAGER , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and enhancing our market presence The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, promotions, and brand strategy, to enhance reputation and attract tenants and visitors.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
    • Oversee the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns from ideation to execution for on ground events and digital campaigns. 
    • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels (e.g., content creation,  social media, lead generation).
    • Produce valuable and engaging content for our digital channels. 
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  4. Brand Management:
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  5. Event Management:
  • Plan, organize, and promote events such as Mother's Day, Father's Day celebrations, and other special events to engage the community and promote the company.

6. Performance Measurement:

  • Measure and report on campaign performance against goals.
  • Analyze data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate, retail, or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with market trends and industry best practices.

 

WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid Work Arrangement but may change depending on Company’s operational needs
