SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Graduate of any 4 – 5 years course in BS Food Technology, Food Service Management, and Business Management or a related field.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in production and warehouse operational roles in a poultry processing (dressing) plant or in a related food company/industry.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Corporate Environmental, Safety and Health Policy and Preventive Maintenance.
• Knowledge of standards in poultry processing production, food safety, SAP controls, blasting, cold storages, inventory and variance managements.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and transparent.
• With leadership skills.
• Highly mobile and/ or can travel anywhere in the country at any time.

Job Description:

The Production Teamleader oversees daily poultry production volume targets, manning completions, equipment and tools efficiency, quality product and services, and government/institutional standard compliances, and safety and health and environment regulations with other departments to optimize productivity indexes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in manning monitoring and poultry processing activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Assist in enforcing poultry safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Assist in poultry processing to improve efficiency and multi-skill development.
• Assist dry raw materials and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report production issues promptly.
• Assist in reporting to maintenance group equipment and tools for troubleshooting and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist internal and external audits.
• Assist in maintaining labor and industry relations conducive to workplace.
• Assist in preparing production records and submit accurate periodic reports promptly to superior for review and disposition.
