DizLog is an All-in-One POS and accounting cloud software for small and medium businesses in F&B, Retail, and Service industries. We provide multi-device, multi-location, and multi-channel solutions, making it easy for businesses to manage sales, inventory, payments, accounting, and operations. Our lifetime pricing plan and full integration with BIR-compliant invoicing and accounting set us apart in the market.

We are rapidly expanding in the Philippines and looking for a Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth & Market Expansion:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire SMEs, franchise businesses, and retail chains.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Identify and onboard distributors, resellers, and local partners to expand reach.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:
  • Establish partnerships with franchises, banks, fintech companies, payment processors, and logistics providers to enhance customer value.
  • Negotiate and close deals with industry associations, business networks, and government agencies to drive adoption.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention:
  • Work closely with clients to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team for improvements.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination:
  • Partner with the digital marketing team to execute localized campaigns.
  • Represent DizLog at trade shows, franchise expos, and industry events.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Management:
  • Stay updated on BIR eInvoicing regulations, VAT compliance, and POS requirements in the Philippines.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new business users.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in SaaS, fintech, POS, or ERP industries.
  • Strong network in SME, retail, F&B, and franchise businesses.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS pricing models and sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of BIR-approved POS, invoicing, and tax compliance is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
