• Identify sales opportunities with current and potential customers through calls, leads, and other methods.
• Use company resources, such as marketing tools and sales associates, to support the sales process.
• Work with Sales Administration on quotes and orders, following set procedures.
• Maintain and update CRM with customer data, contact details, forecasts, and competitive info.
• Provide necessary information for sales proposals and orders, managing customer expectations.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities in the region.
• Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events as directed by management.
• Continuously learn about the industry and effective sales practices.
  
  
  

• Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Sales experience in food processing and/or food packaging industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Proficiency in sales planning and data analysis.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Experienced in MS Office Applications
• Owns a Passport, Driver's license, owns a car
• Work setup is 2x a week onsite, 3x a week field work
