Who are we looking for:

As a Buyer Supervisor, you are expected to be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our business. Manages the process of purchasing orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance, and liaising with inventory teams and management. Works closely with staff across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand.

• Developing an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchasing orders.
• Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products.
• Process requisitions and update management on the status of orders.
• Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
• Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
• Able to manage teams/people

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the retail industry is preferred
• Keen to deatails
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be assigned in: PASAY CITY
