Responsible for material planning, purchasing, supplier management, and ensuring timely delivery of components to support production.

• Manage material planning and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of components and supplies.

• Ensure availability of subcontracted parts and local supplies to prevent production delays.

• Implement MRP and purchasing processes efficiently.

• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings, better payment terms, and additional privileges.

• Monitor supplier performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Follow up with suppliers on delivery confirmations and address any delays or supply issues.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of material availability with production schedules.

• Maintain ISO documentation and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Strong skills in negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and purchasing systems (e.g., PBS).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers.

• Detail-oriented with experience in inventory management and contract management.

• Amenable to work onsite in Malvar, Batangas.
