Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HRBP Senior Team Leader located in Metro Davao at OP360. The Senior Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the HR Business Partnering with Operations, providing strategic HR support, and leading employee development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring HR processes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strategic HR support, Leadership, and Employee Development skills
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Business Alignment skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• At least 3 years in General Labor Standards (GLS)
• Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
