We are looking for an experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee HR functions such as HRIS management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• HRIS Management: Manage employee records, ensure HRIS accuracy, handle vendor billing, and oversee HR reports.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee compensation programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements while addressing employee inquiries.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and safety regulations, and submit required reports.

Qualifications:

• BOSH training or SO2 certification required.
• Knowledge of HRIS, compensation, benefits, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
